Senior Drafter Interior Designer

We are partnering with a fast-growing, design-driven beverage and retail brand known for its highly curated, experiential store environments. With an expanding national footprint and strong creative identity, the team is seeking a Designer / Senior Drafter to support the technical execution of its thoughtfully designed café spaces.

This is an opportunity to work on visually distinctive, high-touch retail environments where design precision and brand experience are equally important. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical drafting background along with experience supporting interior and retail buildouts.

• Produce accurate, detailed store design drawings including layouts, schematics, kitchen plans, seating configurations, and construction documentation
• Develop fully dimensioned plans, elevations, sections, details, 3D views, and schedules
• Interpret and incorporate product specifications, installation manuals, and technical documentation into designs
• Identify design and construction challenges, proactively problem-solve, and document solutions within drawing sets
• Partner closely with interior design teams to translate creative concepts into technical execution
• Maintain strong communication across teams to ensure alignment and design integrity

• Support ongoing development and maintenance of CAD libraries and drafting standards

• Assist in coordinating store designs with lighting, signage, retail fixtures, patio elements, and décor
• Ensure seamless integration across all design components

• Contribute throughout the project lifecycle, refining plans and making updates as needed to meet evolving project requirements
• Stay current on drafting tools, technologies, and trends within hospitality and QSR design

• Associate’s degree in Drafting, CAD Technology, Interior Design, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Proven experience in drafting within interior design, architectural design, or hospitality/QSR environments
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with Bluebeam, Sketch, or V-Ray is a plus
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
