Our collaborative studio brings together architects, designers, and strategists who are passionate about creating thoughtful, high-quality, and sustainable design solutions. We're looking for a talented Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to join our Los Angeles team and help lead exciting projects from concept through construction.

• Work on high-profile corporate workplace, retail, restaurant, and hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across five international offices.
• Lead projects through all phases of design and construction.

• Work on meaningful, design-driven projects for globally recognized brands.

• Prepare, review, and coordinate Construction Documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, contractors, and public agencies throughout project development.
• Support Project Managers and Project Architects in all phases of project delivery.
• Communicate design intent effectively through presentations, meetings, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple Valerio office locations.
• Review project deliverables for quality control and technical accuracy.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Produce presentations using digital media and hand sketching.
• Participate in site visits and occasional travel as required.

• 3–7+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Architectural license or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
• Strong experience producing and coordinating Construction Documents.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, landlords, and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other industry-standard design software.
• Experience with retail, hospitality, restaurant, workplace, or commercial interiors projects is highly preferred.
• Available to work full-time in our Los Angeles office (Monday–Friday).
