Architectural Technologist; Los Angeles

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with AutoCAD and other design software is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

• Degree in Architecture or related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to develop project designs
• Make revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback from team members or clients
• Stay updated on industry trends materials and techniques
• Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines
