Job Description
The Technical Designer will lead the technical design process from initial concept through production, ensuring each style meets fit, construction, quality, and measurement standards.
What You’ll Do- Lead technical design across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids categories.
- Create and maintain detailed tech packs, specifications, and fit comments.
- Lead fit sessions and provide clear direction to internal teams and external vendors.
- Partner with Design, Product Development, Production, and Sourcing to resolve construction and fit issues.
- Manage development timelines and maintain consistency across styles and categories.
- Lead and mentor the technical design team while improving processes and workflows.
- 5+ years of technical design experience in apparel, fashion, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, measurements, specifications, and quality standards.
- Experience working across Men’s, Women’s, and/or Kids apparel categories.
- Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency with technical design tools, including CAD, PLM, and digital pattern-making systems.
- A detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, Product Development, or equivalent experience.
