Sr. Associate Designer, Dion Lee; HAELO

REVOLVE is a next‑generation fashion retailer serving millennial and Generation Z consumers. The Owned Brand division is an industry‑leading fashion design and production house that develops its own licensed brands.

Senior Associate Designer for the HAELO team will create and interpret concepts to generate a final product for a specific brand, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to manage the development from concept through production.

• Able to complete execution of a brand or category with minimal direction of a senior level Designer for the Downtown Femme category
• Strong knowledge of premium quality garments focused on multiple end‑use dress design, including heavily constructed occasion dresses and soft woven “anytime” dresses that are sophisticated‑sexy, sleek, and forward‑driven yet wearable
• Create detailed technical flats and line guides with intricate CAD work and detailed construction details reviewed with the Lead Designer, including interior construction work and independent CAD execution
• Strong capability to design with bust wire, delicate finishings, rigid and stretch laces, stretch and non‑stretch woven fabrications
• Assist in conceptualizing and creating compelling products for the segment for all monthly deliveries
• Create mood boards, technical flats, and line guides
• Source and choose materials for product with minimal guidance
• Attend designated fittings
• Build CADs, Tech Packs, construction detail pages, and maintain BOMs
• Partner with tech designers to align design vision and complete fitting independently
• Partner with Product Development team to retrieve fabric/FBO costing and suggest alternate options to meet requirements
• Cultivate and train assistants, refining their design development process
• Complete ad hoc assignments as assigned by management

• Strong garment development process, fabrics, patterns, and construction
• Strong hand sketching ability
• Strong sense of color story, style, and fit terminology
• Strong ability to clearly communicate silhouettes and detailed garment construction through tech pack creation and CADs
• Strong ability to design within cost parameters and wearability
• Ability to recolor artwork and prints
• Knowledgeable and consistently up‑to‑date with market/runway trends and understanding of the REVOLVE customer and Alliance brands
• Ability to translate sales data and apply it to design range and product scope within the brand’s identity
• High knowledge of design details and interior garment construction
• Self‑motivated, positive, and dependable attitude
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Effective time management and ability to stay organized
• Flexible and adaptable to a very fast‑paced environment
• Must be able and willing to lift and carry up to 10 lbs., perform frequent repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, and bend, stoop, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

• Minimum 5‑6+ years in Fashion Design
• Leadership or management experience
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Advanced visual and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of fabrics across categories

• Fashion Design degree or a similar related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Gmail
• Advanced knowledge of garment construction and fit

• Base salary range: $75,000–$85,000 (California)
