ACE ANIMAL HOSPITAL of SAN PEDRO, California, located in the Long Beach area for the past 20 years. The acceptance by the community has been truly amazing. Not a day goes by that we don’t have at least two to three clients telling us how impressed they were with our facility, staff, and most importantly, our standard of care. We are NOT a low-cost hospital and are blessed to be in a community that prefers diagnostics over quick fixes.

We are a FAMILY-OWNED (not a corporate) run hospital with highly experienced and supportive doctors. We all continue to practice and learn from each other while trying to be there for one another to teach and support as needed.

We are looking for a dedicated DVM who wants to practice without limitations or pressure in Los Angeles, in a practice located in a neighborhood that has a small-town look and feel to it. This individual must be team motivated with a good “bedside manner”. We are big on having a sound culture that fosters growth while uplifting one another. We have state-of-the-art equipment (Idexx labs- (1 CBC unit, 2 Procyte chem units, 1 blood gas unit, Idexx digital x-ray, PMS NEO paperless software with 14 workstations), a brand-new Ultrasound, and a Class 4 Cold Laser Unit.

We also offer a highly equipped surgical suite with brand new equipment. We work hard at having a good reputation and have a clientele that appreciates the best in medicine and service.

• 4 Day a week work schedule (10-hour shifts). 40 HRS / WK.
• 5 paid sick days per year.
• $1000 CE allowance per year.

• Examine, diagnose, and create sound treatment plans for patients using best medicine practices (our clientele demands it).
• Perform soft tissue and dental surgeries (we have surgeons on staff for cases that the doctor does not feel comfortable performing).

• DVM that is currently licensed to practice in CA.
• Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and the veterinary code of ethics.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Manages time and tasks appropriately.
• Is kind and works well with others.
