Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon – Fellowship-Trained

Premier Orthopaedic & Trauma Specialists is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our physician-led private practice providing coverage across multiple ACS-verified Level II Trauma Centers in Southern California.

• Coverage across established ACS-verified Level II Trauma Centers
• Consistent operative trauma volume with exposure to complex fracture patterns and polytrauma
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with emergency medicine, general surgery, and critical care teams
• Defined call structure within a collegial trauma group
• Established clinical pathways and performance improvement processes

• Operative management of complex fractures and polytrauma
• Non-operative fracture management
• Participation in orthopaedic trauma call rotation
• Engagement in trauma quality initiatives and service line development
• Collaboration with hospital leadership to enhance trauma program delivery

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of Orthopaedic Surgery residency
• Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma
• Board Eligible or Board Certified (ABOS)
• Eligible for California medical licensure
