We are seeking a Medical Director to lead an Occupational Health & Urgent Care clinic in Los Angeles, CA. This clinic-based role blends direct patient care with medical leadership
, offering physicians the opportunity to shape outcomes, drive quality improvements, and grow professionally.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Lifestyle: No nights, weekends, or holidays
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and set the standard for clinical excellence.
- Lead and supervise clinicians and support staff (including APCs).
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Drive quality improvement and clinic growth.
- Manage staffing levels and APC supervisory requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with payers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to clinic performance metrics and budget awareness.
- Foster a collaborative, safe, and professional environment.

Qualifications- Active, unrestricted medical license (California)
- DEA & dispensing license (required before start)
- Eligible for Medicare participation
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Board Certification/Eligibility in ABMS or AOA specialty preferred
