Overview
Join us at the AAOS 2026 Conference in New Orleans! Visit our booth #1106 to meet the team and enter a drawing for a YETI. We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on‑site care.
Responsibilities- Provide on‑site orthopedic care during 4‑hour shifts, weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
- Manage complex patients, support return‑to‑work and functional recovery.
- Collaborate with medical and therapy teams.
- Deliver both surgical and non‑surgical orthopedic care.
- Communicate with employers and participate in case management.
- Experience with work‑related injuries.
- Medical licensure, MD or DO degree.
- Unrestricted DEA license.
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Medical malpractice insurance.
Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
