Dermatology Physician

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to provide medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in a high-volume outpatient setting. Position Details:
Full-time opportunity with flexible hours and excellent work/life balance
Mix of general dermatology, minor surgery, and cosmetics
High-volume practice: patients per day
Autonomy to practice at your comfort level

Practice across 2 outpatient clinic locations
Responsibilities:

Provide general and surgical dermatology care
Participate in community outreach and patient/staff education
Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives
Assist with updates to clinical protocols and standards of practice
Supervise Advanced Practice Clinicians (PAs and NPs) as assigned
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $385,000 $ 415,000 annually (DOE)
Bonus potential from cosmetic services

Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
Current, unrestricted California medical license
