High School Chemistry Teachers

Green Dot Public Schools is seeking passionate High School Chemistry Teachers for the 2026–27 school year. If you will be eligible for a California Single Subject Intern, Preliminary, or Clear Chemistry credential by July 2026, we encourage you to apply.

• Ability to pass TB test and background check
• Passion for teaching and reflective instructional practice

• California Preliminary or Clear Single Subject Credential in Chemistry, OR
• California Single Subject Intern Credential (intern-eligible), OR
• Eligible for a Short-Term Staff Permit (STSP) or Provisional Internship Permit (PIP) with valid CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)

Out-of-state or non-credentialed candidates should review eligibility through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

• Credentialed teachers: $71,085 – $127,985 (based on education & experience)
• Intern-eligible/non-credentialed teachers: $62,316 – $63,866
