This is a part‑time, remote role for an After‑School Program Recruitment Coordinator based in California.
The Recruitment Coordinator will oversee and execute hiring processes for after‑school program staff. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, screening candidates and maintaining a transparent, structured recruitment pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Post and manage job listings (Indeed and other platforms)
- Proactively reach out to qualified candidates
- Respond to applicants within 24 hours (text, call, Indeed message)
- Schedule interviews and maintain shared calendar visibility
- Provide weekly hiring updates (applicants, interviews, hires)
- 1–3 years recruiting or HR coordination or education experience
- Strong organization and follow‑through
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment
- Passion for education and youth development
