Support students in a classroom setting with flexible, per diem opportunities as an Instructional Aide. These school-based roles are designed for compassionate professionals dedicated to making a meaningful impact by providing 1:1 support to students. Position Type:
Per Diem / As-Needed
- Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in 1:1 or small-group settings
- Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and participation in classroom activities
- Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
- Support students’ mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
- Maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment aligned with school guidelines
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Current TB test as per district requirements
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
- Required background clearances current or obtained prior to starting
- Experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
- Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT a plus
- Reliable, patient, and team-oriented approach to supporting students and staff
- Weekly pay with flexible assignments that you choose based on your availability

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
