We’re passionate about helping develop emerging talent in the advertising industry. Our internship program will immerse you in our creative, collaborative company culture and give you a hands‑on introduction to working at an advertising agency. - Dates: June 16 – August 14, 2026
- Work Schedule: 4‑day work week (32 hours) Monday – Thursday (off on Fridays!)
- Program Type: Hybrid – 3 days a week in office; you must be located in the city of your internship for the summer.
- Eligibility: Open to college juniors, seniors (graduating in 2026 and 2027), and recent graduates.
- Assist with media analytics reporting by compiling, updating, and organizing performance data.
- Support QA processes to ensure media data, reports, and dashboards are accurate and consistent.
- Work closely with Media, Analytics, and cross‑functional teams to support reporting needs.
- Assist with maintaining documentation, reporting templates, and internal materials.
- Gain exposure to numerous departments at Team One – learn each department’s roles and responsibilities.
- Attend internal meetings to learn more about media analytics and reporting processes.
- Passion for the marketing/advertising industry.
- Enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized, multi‑task, and be proactive.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate well with others.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
