Operations & Digit Media Specialist; part-time

Responsibilities

• Strategic Guest Relations: Identify, contact, and coordinate with Admissions Officers and Student Ambassadors from top U.S. universities to schedule live interview sessions.
• Live Broadcast Execution: Full ownership of the live stream studio setup, including lighting, audio engineering, and streaming software (OBS/Tik Tok Live Studio) to ensure a high-definition, professional viewer experience.
• Real-time Operations: Act as the "Control Room Manager" during live sessions—managing product/link overlays, monitoring audience engagement metrics, and handling real-time troubleshooting.
• Content Transformation: Post-process live recordings into high-impact short-form videos for social media platforms. This includes precision editing, subtitling, and trend-focused storytelling.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as retention rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion funnels to refine broadcasting.

• Work Authorization:
  Must have valid U.S. work authorization (U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or EAD).
• Bilingual Proficiency:
  Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional-level English is required to coordinate with U.S. officials and Chinese audiences.

  Proficiency in video editing software (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro) and live streaming tools.
