Part-Time, Teaching-Track Faculty Positions in Psychology

The Psychology Department in the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, seeks part-time instructors for the  academic year.

• Teach undergraduate courses in statistics, research methods, or other courses in the undergraduate major.
• Teach discussion/lab sections for large General Education courses, Statistics, Research Methods, or other undergraduate psychology courses.
• Sections will be assigned based on the candidate’s expertise and program needs.

• Doctorate in psychology.
• Strong commitment to undergraduate education.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching.

• Cover letter stating teaching philosophy and areas of specialization.
• Teaching evaluations.
• Current curriculum vitae.
• Names of three individuals who will be contacted for letters of reference that speak to teaching abilities.

The per-course rate for this position is $11,000.
