We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Tutor

Requirements:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• A passion for education and helping students succeed.
• College-level coursework is preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to students' needs.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to high school students in subjects like math, science, English, and more.
• Assist students in understanding and completing assignments, preparing for tests, and improving study skills.
• Adapt tutoring techniques to meet the individual learning needs of students.
• Monitor and track student progress, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to align tutoring sessions with classroom lessons.
