Job Summary The Culinary Arts Instructor is responsible for planning and delivering instruction in culinary techniques, food preparation, nutrition, sanitation, and kitchen management. The instructor provides students with hands-on learning experiences while maintaining a safe and professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver culinary arts curriculum.

Demonstrate food preparation, cooking, baking, and presentation techniques.

Teach food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Supervise students during laboratory and kitchen activities.

Assess student performance through practical and written evaluations.

Maintain kitchen equipment, inventory, and supplies.

Foster teamwork, creativity, and professionalism.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).Professional culinary certification is an advantage.

Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.

Teaching experience preferred.
