Part-Time Dance Director

Schedule:

20 hours per week

Compensation: $450 per week - paid sick time- paid time off

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Part-Time Dance Director to lead and grow our children's dance program. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching young dancers while helping expand enrollment through marketing and community outreach.

• Teach ballet, jazz, and tap classes to children ages 3-11
• Create fun, engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Promote the dance program through digital marketing, social media, and face-to-face community outreach
• Assist with student enrollment and retention efforts
• Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, parent communication, and program organization
• Participate in recitals, special events, and program planning
• Work collaboratively with the studio team to grow the program

• Experience teaching ballet, jazz, and tap to young children
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to market and promote programs both online and within the community

This position begins at 20 hours per week with a salary of $1,800 per month. As the dance program grows, both hours and compensation will increase, providing an excellent opportunity for long-term professional growth.
