Early Childhood Educator

Threefold Village warmly invites applications for an Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing enrichment program. This part‑time opportunity is both meaningful and rewarding for educators dedicated to the art of Waldorf early childhood education.

We are looking for a dedicated educator with experience and training in Waldorf early childhood pedagogy and Anthroposophy, who brings enthusiasm, warmth, and respect for the developmental journey of every child.

• Waldorf Early Childhood Certification (or current enrollment in a recognized program)
• Experience teaching Waldorf early childhood pedagogy in any educational setting
• Proven ability to create a nurturing classroom environment and build strong partnerships with young children and their families
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Active engagement or strong interest in Anthroposophy or foundational studies
• Willingness to complete background check and fingerprinting requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• CPR certification
• Demonstrated classroom management experience
• Experience building and maintaining positive parent relationships
