Key

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Louisiana DOE Certification required
• Experience working in school settings or with K-12 students preferred
• Ability to pass strict credentialing, including district-required drug screening and fingerprinting
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptable to varying caseloads and school assignments

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students to identify academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultative services as appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation consistent with district and regulatory guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture

• Full-time schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday aligned with the school calendar
