Adjunct Instructor – Real Estate Careers Preparation

ResponsibilitiesTeach an undergraduate level course on career assessment and planning; overview of the commercial real estate industry and career path options; and professional development skills. Deliver course content, schedule office hours, grade assignments, and provide students with a syllabus outlining course goals, schedule, and requirements under the direction of the Department Chair.
QualificationsMinimum requirements:
Advanced degree (such as MS Human Resources, MBA, MRED) preferred. Candidates without a graduate degree may be considered with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in human resources at commercial real estate firms engaged in institutional quality transactions. Significant professional experience in commercial real estate human resources is required. Preference is given to candidates with prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations.
