Wang. We help individuals of all backgrounds rise together—through shared learning, community, and contemplative practice. IMFUSA is in an exciting build phase: growing our Masterclass programs, cross-border cohorts, and in-person community across the United States.

Inner Mountain creates transformative workshops for creators, influencers, and public figures. Rooted in Theory U / Presencing.

We're expanding into high-stakes "All-Star" sessions with Hollywood talent and other prominent public figures
. We need a professional facilitator who can own the curriculum and its delivery — taking over from the founders and bringing the workshop to a higher standard.

• Facilitate Inner Mountain workshops grounded in Theory U / Presencing, currently ~3 sessions/week with room to grow.
• Serve as process catalyst: hold the space, shape powerful questions, surface assumptions, catalyze collective insight.
• Rebuild and upgrade curriculum for different participant profiles — from mid-size and large creators (millions of followers) to industry gurus (Hollywood actors, top designers).

• Certified practitioner of Theory U / Presencing (U.School for Transformation, Presencing Institute, or equivalent) — this is core, not optional.
• Proven facilitator (5+ yrs) with real process facilitation / transformative group work — not content delivery.
• Personally practiced in inward exploration (meditation, contemplative practice, coaching) — you guide from lived experience.
• Calm, trustworthy, high-EQ presence around celebrities and high-profile individuals.
• Fluent in English
  ; bilingual Chinese/English is a plus.

• Practitioner and advocate of Theory U / Presencing.
• Background adjacent to creator economy / e-commerce / entertainment / MCN.
• Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited institution (e.g. Erickson, The Art & Science of Coaching).
• AACTP or similar action-learning facilitator certification.
• Experience serving high-profile / celebrity clients.

• Ownership of curriculum design in a from-scratch, founder-led program.
• The chance to shape a category-defining workshop experience for the creator/celebrity economy.
• Work alongside world-class U/coaching practitioners and a passionate founding team.
