JOB DESCRIPTION:
STAR Language Academy is looking for fun and energetic Spanish speakers to teach Spanish to elementary-aged children (Kinder - 5th grade).
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
After school (M, W, Thurs, Fri - 2:45 to 5:15 - Tues 1:45 to 4:14)
Work Location:
Elementary schools in and around Los Angeles

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience teaching K-5th grade students
- Will commit to the whole session (6-8 week program)
- Will have Reliable Transportation
- Will have effective classroom management skills
- Will be punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, responsible, and flexible
- Dedicated to children with diverse backgrounds and academic levels
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently lead a group of 14 students from K-5th grade.
- Instructors are expected to arrive on time and provide an educational, FUN, safe, and enjoyable class experience for students.
