Trainer - Mission Readiness Service

Our client, a leading autonomous vehicle and technology services organization, is seeking a Mission Readiness Service Trainer to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Service Trainer, you will be part of the Mission Control Training team supporting Mission Readiness Operators, Training Supervisors, Project Managers, and Functional Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and exceptional problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide dedicated training support to new and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, demonstrations, coaching, and performance feedback on standardized operating procedures.
• Review daily performance feedback, identify training gaps, and address deficiencies escalated through mentors and operational leadership.
• Conduct and grade hand-on assessments, simulated exercises, and formal performance audits while providing actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Training Supervisors and Project Managers to improve training materials, curriculum content, and operational consistency.
• Maintain operational proficiency by fulfilling monthly service requirements and supporting training initiatives across multiple locations.

• Minimum of 3 months of experience as a fully trained Mission Readiness team member and 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle or related technology field.
• Strong knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures, operational workflows, and standardized operating practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and facilitate learning for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills in a highly collaborative environment.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening, along with willingness to travel up to 25%.
