Role Summary

We are looking for a Visual Production Designer to create high-quality digital assets across  and Fanatics Collect. You will translate brand systems, creative concepts, and product stories into polished work across ecommerce, app, lifecycle, and marketing touchpoints.

This is a hands‑on role for a designer who combines strong visual judgment with speed, precision, and thoughtful production craft. You will champion our brand guidelines while finding compelling ways to bring each product to life, highlighting its story, collectibility, key cards, athletes, artists, and cultural context.

You will work across a wide range of formats, maintain consistency at scale, and help every asset feel intentional, distinctly on‑brand, and appropriate for the channel where it appears.

• Design and produce digital assets for  and Fanatics Collect, including site banners, landing page modules, product storytelling, promotional placements, in‑app content, email, paid media, and social formats.
• Bring product releases to life through visual storytelling that highlights their unique themes, subjects, cards, inserts, athletes, and collector appeal.
• Champion and consistently apply Topps and Fanatics Collect brand guidelines across every touchpoint.
• Help evolve production standards, templates, and best practices as the brands and digital experiences continue to grow.
• Extend approved creative direction across multiple sizes, channels, sports, entertainment properties, and product releases without losing the quality or intent of the original concept.
• Build clear visual hierarchy around trading cards, products, athletes, entertainment properties, offers, and calls to action.
• Use composition, typography, imagery, pacing, and content hierarchy to make complex product stories easy to understand and exciting to explore.
• Prepare production‑ready files and deliver accurate exports that meet platform, accessibility, localization, and technical requirements.
