Position: Summer 2026 Avionics Software Engineering Intern - Undergraduate

** We love to see hands-on experience and extracurricular engagement!  Relevant internship/co-op and academic project experience that demonstrate development of both technical skills as well as leadership qualities. Hands-on project experience.  Participate in full software lifecycle: requirements analysis, implementation, verification, documentation, and system integration. Review and update software requirements and designs for testability and verifiability.
** Additional skills:
** Programming experience in at least one major language used here: C, C++, or Python. Experience (through coursework, co-ops, internships, or projects) in software development, problem solving, and debugging. Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs. Self-driven with the ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction. Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
The compensation range for:

We offer housing and relocation support. Interns are responsible for daily transportation to and from their work locations. Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
* Required for certain Job Profiles:
Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
