H-Future Energy is building an execution platform for AI‑era power infrastructure in California. The bottleneck is not capital—it’s delivery: permitting, interconnection, field coordination, long‑lead electrical equipment, and getting projects to “power‑on” on schedule.

We’re hiring a founding partner to own on‑the‑ground delivery for California power infrastructure projects — including C&I solar + storage (BESS) as well as grid upgrade / new‑build work. This is a co‑founder track role with meaningful equity upside, focused on building a durable execution engine over a 10–20 year infrastructure cycle. We already have active discussions with multiple platform partners and are moving toward defined pilot scopes.

You are the on‑the‑ground “General.” You build the delivery engine while other partners focus on capital, strategy, and partnerships.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of California power infrastructure projects (C&I solar + BESS, plus grid upgrades/new‑builds), including permitting, sequencing, quality, safety, and commissioning.
• Work directly with AHJs, utilities, and interconnection processes (Rule 21 familiarity is a strong plus).
• Bridge suppliers and U.S. subcontractors to keep specs, schedules, and field realities aligned.
• Build a replicable execution standard to scale across California and other high‑load AI states.

• Builder mindset: you ship projects, not documents.
• Bilingual Mandarin/English: required for technical coordination with suppliers and execution teams.
• Hands‑on background in power systems, C&I solar, BESS, electrical construction, or grid upgrade/new‑build delivery.
• High agency: you spot problems early and solve them without waiting for permission.
