We are currently seeking talented professionals for positions including Senior Wireless Communications Engineer, Test & Systems Validation Lead, Functional Lead (Management), and Sense Engineer to join their high-impact team. The people we are looking for:
Senior Wireless Communications Engineer

In this role, you’ll help architect, deploy, iterate on, and maintain a hybrid, multi-layer mesh spanning distances on the LAN/MAN scale. You’ll implement and tune custom routing algorithms in C++/Python, optimize MAC/PHY performance (CSMA/CA, MIMO/diversity, antenna patterns), and drive real-world field demos with hundreds of robots.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Software Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years in wireless networking or telecommunications, including mesh networks.
  • Hands-on with Linux network protocols and tools.
Test & Systems Validation Lead

In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day testing, integration, and verification of their multi‑robot systems. This role serves as the internal authority on whether the platform truly performs in the real world. This is a deeply technical, highly practical position for someone equally fluent in hardware and software. Someone who thrives on unit‑testing real robots, isolating faults, reproducing elusive bugs, and turning ambiguous failures into crisp, actionable feedback.

  • Extensive, demonstrable hands‑on experience operating, building, and troubleshooting a wide variety of robotic systems, including multi‑rotors, fixed‑wing UAVs, UGVs, and other complex platforms.
  • Deep expertise in robotic hardware development, including mechanical assembly, soldering, power systems, and safe handling of high‑capacity batteries.
  • Strong systems‑level diagnostic ability, with experience isolating failures across software, firmware, networking, sensors, compute, and electromechanical subsystems.
Functional Lead (Management)

In this role, you will rotate leadership across different functions and must be able to understand and guide work in reinforcement learning, edge hardware, complex networking, and cloud workflows.

  • Proven experience leading teams of technical experts in a chaotic high‑paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of reinforcement learning methodologies with hands‑on experience deploying and managing RL systems in production environments.
  • Broad knowledge of machine learning inference systems, including applications in vision, voice, and control.

In this role, you'll drive integration of cutting‑edge machine learning and compelling user experiences within the system. This role is central to the development of an intuitive and robust interface, spanning everything from client‑side user experience to potential back‑end machine learning deployment.

  • Demonstrable experience with modern front‑end web frameworks, including React (e.g., React 18) and build tools like Vite, as well as UX‑related technologies like React Router and React Context API.
  • Practical experience with Machine Learning model integration, embedding custom developed and/or pre‑trained models.
