Role

description

As the Project Office engineer or Office Architect you will be part of a CM team working on a downtown Los Angeles legacy project. You will support project teams in retrieving and distributing documents during construction activities.

Role accountabilities
  • Requirements, technical specifications, plans, Agency Standards, etc., to ensure full execution of the construction contract
  • Organize, track, and distribute construction documents including change orders, Plan clarifications, RFIs, Directives, Meeting minutes, General correspondence (letters, emails, faxes, photo logs, etc) and Submittals and transmittals.
  • Ensure accuracy, version control, and timely routing of documents to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed logs and ensure compliance with Agency documentation requirements
  • Support Project teams in retrieving and distributing documents during construction activities
  • Assist in preparing reports, audits, and Project close-out documentation
  • Ensure secure storage and proper archiving of Project records
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum five (5) years of experience with document control
  • Familiarity with PMIS systems including ACC and Open Space
  • Familiarity with all aspects of construction documents, including the General Conditions, General
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with industry-standard document control systems

Benefits

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
