You will also play a key role in launching a brand-new prototyping and test facility, taking early-stage designs through prototype builds, testing, and refinement.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer with experience in a fast‑paced, startup environment and wants to work alongside top performers on exciting, meaningful projects.
The Role:- Lead prototype and first‑article builds of new hardware products
- Collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams to bring concepts to life
- Take on hands‑on responsibilities including CAD revisions, GD&T, drawings, and BOMs
- Support the build‑out and optimization of a new prototyping and testing facility
- Troubleshoot, test, and refine early‑stage hardware
- Background in mechanical design engineering
- Strong hands‑on build, testing, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with in a high‑growth, startup environment
