• Design and optimize the product
• Develop formulations
• Adjust material properties to meet specifications
• Conduct testing and interpret results
• Troubleshoot and make changes as testing comes back
• Scale-up formulations to production scale
• Maintain all documentation for work

• Bachelor’s Degree in Materials or Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years in bio-based material or polymer research
• Hands-on lab, pilot plant, and production scale-up experience
