We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Los Angeles office. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact projects and contribute to a mission-driven team that values technical excellence and client trust.
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
- To lead and manage a team of engineers and designers.
- Plan and execute the preparation of structural calculations and documents for complex building projects, including civic, commercial and residential construction.
- Prepare proposals and assist in the establishment and management of project budgets and schedules.
- Create and maintain client relationships.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in structural engineering or related field, Master's preferred.
- At least 10 years of structural and earthquake engineering design experience.
- Must be a licensed CA Professional Engineer; CA S.E. preferred.
- In depth experience with design of vertical structures of commonly used materials such as concrete, steel, masonry, and wood; single family home design experience desirable.
- Proficiency in writing and oral presentations as well as possessing excellent communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading engineering team.

The salary range for this position is $125k-$145k per year. Salary offers are determined using a variety of factors, including but not limited to: years of experience, education, depth of knowledge, geographic location, and equity with internal staff.
