The Opportunity
Pro Connect Electric, the electrical division of Mobile Illumination, is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager / Estimator – Division Growth Lead to help drive the next stage of growth for its electrical contracting division.
This is not a traditional project manager seat where work is simply handed over after award. The right person will help find the work, estimate the work, win the work, manage the work, and build the systems needed to grow the division.
This role is ideal for a senior commercial electrical professional who has already operated at a high level in project management, estimating, field coordination, and General Contractor relationship-building. Pro Connect is looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to help build a growing division, not someone looking for a cushy lateral move into a fully established structure.
You will step into a company with an established foundation, recognizable project history, and a growing electrical division that needs a proactive leader who can bring structure, relationships, estimating discipline, and execution horsepower.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, labor planning, materials, documentation, and field execution

- Support hiring, mentoring, and development of field and operational team members as the division grows
- Create and improve SOPs, estimating standards, project workflows, communication processes, and operational systems
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, GCs, vendors, subcontractors, clients, and field crews
- Help shape Pro Connect Electric into a stronger, more scalable, stand-alone electrical business
The strongest fit is someone who is already doing this type of work today.
