Land Use & Environmental Associate
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?):
San Diego, Los Angeles, or Oakland, CA (onsite)
Contract Duration: PERM
Job Overview: Our Land Use and Environmental Group works on sophisticated, large-scale development matters involving high-profile public and private projects across California. Qualified candidates must have extensive Land Use and CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) experience. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on complex land use entitlements, regulatory permitting, and environmental review processes.
- Substantial knowledge of CEQA, planning and zoning laws, and California land use processes.
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative team environment.
