Role OverviewWe're looking for a technical problem-solver who loves hardware, customers, and building products. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll deploy Revel systems at customer sites, ensure they succeed, and bring field insights back to shape our product roadmap.
- Deploy and configure Revel at customer sites (connecting to test stands, sensors, actuators, and existing infrastructure)
- Build custom dashboards and write code alongside customer teams
- Serve as trusted technical advisor to your customer portfolio
- Partner with our Head of Product to translate customer needs into features
- Travel 30-50% to customer sites (primarily local in Southern California + broader domestic)
- 2+ years of relevant, post-college work experience
- Strong engineering background – Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics preferred
- Hands-on hardware experience (embedded, test engineering, robotics, aerospace, automotive, or similar)
- Demonstrated programming proficiency in languages such as Python, C/C++, Typescript/JavaScript, or similar
- Comfort with technical troubleshooting and customer-facing communication
- Interest in shaping product direction based on real-world needs
- Willingness to travel and work directly with cutting‑edge hardware teams
- Experience with DAQ systems, PLCs, control systems, or automation
- Experience with NI software suite, Twin Cat, Code Sys
- Previous field engineering or applications engineering roles
- Startup experience
- Passion for advanced manufacturing, robotics, or aerospace
