- Senior Associate, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will develop and implement data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions, and build meaningful client connections while managing and inspiring others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen technical skills, anticipating team and client needs and delivering quality work.

In this role within our Tax practice, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, using advanced technologies and techniques. You will utilize a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas, solve problems, and inform recommendations that align with overall strategy. This position offers a chance to develop a deeper understanding of the evolving business context.

• Design and develop data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis
• Implement data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions to convert raw data into actionable insights
• Utilize Azure Data Factory and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform for scalable data engineering tasks
• Build and maintain data architecture to support client-focused analytics initiatives
• Optimize database performance and security using best practices in database administration
• Develop data models and validation processes to enhance data quality and reliability
• Collaborate with teams to anticipate client needs and deliver tailored data solutions
• Navigate complex data challenges and leverage analytical thinking to solve problems
• Mentor junior team members and guide them in technical and professional growth
• Uphold professional standards and reinforce the firm’s code of conduct in all engagements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience

• Preference for study fields such as Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematical Statistics
• Experience utilizing Azure Data Factory and Databricks for data engineering projects
• Experience developing data architecture and integration strategies for complex systems
• Strong analytical thinking and critical problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity while building meaningful client relationships
• Experience mentoring junior team members in data engineering methodologies
• Ability to interpret data to inform strategic insights and recommendations

Salary range: $77,000 - $214,000, dependent on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
