Required Technical / Functional Skills
- Mechanical design and engineering drawing quality checking experience
- Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining engineering projects
- In-service reliability tracking and failure investigations
- Handling non-conforming material reviews and production modifications
- Ability to develop and define methods/processes to control and execute engineering tasks
- Experience in data segregation and triaging
- Proficiency in Solid Works and MATLAB Simulink
- Experience working with CATIA
- Strong customer interaction and requirement analysis skills
- Interact directly with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Participate in business requirement discussions and provide key engineering inputs
- Handle technical queries from customers independently
- Support NPI and sustaining engineering activities in coordination with project engineers
- Perform data segregation and triaging of engineering issues
- Design and support development of modules and release processes
- Work hands-on with Solid Works and MATLAB Simulink for design and analysis tasks
