Office Engineer
The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.
We are seeking an experienced Office Engineer to support a high-profile improvement program at LAX focused on enhancing the passenger experience throughout the Central Terminal Area. This role offers the opportunity to work on a major airport infrastructure initiative involving design, construction, document control, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Maintain project records and document control systems
- Coordinate with contractors, designers, and project stakeholders
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas and meeting minutes
- Assist with project reporting and status updates
- Work within PM Web and other project management systems
- Create exhibits and presentation materials using electronic project files
