THE WORK:

+ You'll coordinate various aspects of project delivery and lead the administration of construction projects including planning, design, budget maintenance, scheduling, labor compliance, and completing close-out activities.

+ You'll schedule, document, and track project planning and engineering activities with Project Managers, contractors, field staff, and other stakeholders.

+ You'll read, interpret, and evaluate architectural and engineering plans and proposals, provide contracting strategies and execution, and coordinate award forms and documentation.

+ You'll review and respond to requests for clarification (RFC), change order proposals (COP), and change directives (CD) for quality assurance and merit.

+ You'll prepare cost estimates and assist in negotiating a fair and reasonable cost for change orders submitted by contractors.

+ You'll review and monitor applications for payment and ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines.

+ You'll perform site walks to verify field conditions and develop progress or status reports.

+ You'll review contractor baseline schedules, including analysis of critical path and recovery schedules.

+ You'll review constructability review and ensure compliance with District standards, Division of State Architect (DSA) guidelines and building code requirements.

+ You'll maintain project files and logs that include correspondence, contractor invoices and progress statements, change orders as well as claims, timesheets and extra services.

+ You'll coordinate progress meetings with contractors, project managers and field staff and also prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and record follow ups on action items.

+ You'll act as support staff in the collection of contract data and documentation to resolve changes and claims and also assist in project close-out activities including acquisition of technical documents, project records including as-builts, drawings, test records, and maintenance of manuals.

+ You'll lead efforts in performing tests required to ensure material compliance with plans and specifications.

+ Onsite at client site:
The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

+ $122,000 - $134,200 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
