What You Will Do- Lead the testing and qualification processes for advanced space solar hardware systems.
- Develop and implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing feedback into design improvements.
- Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for enhancement, driving continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for testing methodologies and quality assurance.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports on testing outcomes for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the testing lifecycle.
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a focus on testing and qualification.
- Proven track record in hardware testing, particularly in aerospace or robotics industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies relevant to hardware engineering.
- Experience in space manufacturing or related fields.
- Knowledge of software tools for data analysis and simulation.
- Background in project management or leading engineering teams.
