We are working with one of the most exciting Space companies in the market that are looking for a Lead Power Electronics Engineer to design, test, and analyze custom electronic hardware for advanced aerospace applications
You will own hardware development throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept development and schematic capture through board bring-up, verification, qualification, production, integration, and operational supp t.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in electronics and power systems design, along with the ability to drive projects forward in a fast-paced development environme
Responsibilit- ies:
Design and develop custom electronic hardware for mission-critical applica - tions
Lead hardware development from concept through production and operational deplo - yment
Perform board bring-up, validation, debugging, and data ana - lysis
Support qualification testing and reliability assessment for harsh operating environ - ments
Collaborate closely with mechanical, thermal, software, manufacturing, and systems engineering - teams
Contribute to design reviews, technical trade studies, and integration ef - orts Drive hardware projects to meet technical, schedule, and reliability require
- tions:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relate - d field
10+ years of experience designing electronics for harsh-environment or mission-critical systems such as aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive, or industrial appli - cations
Experience with board-level hardware design from concept through manufa - cturing
Experience with hardware bring-up, validation, troubleshooting, and de - bugging
Familiarity with eCAD tools such as Altium, Cadence, or - similar
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration

Experience designing for reliability and manufact - urability
Technical expertise in one or more of the followi - ng areas:
