• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related program.
• Successful completion of the EIT exam, or ability to take the EIT exam within 12 months.
• Demonstrated interest in the chosen field through internships, volunteering, or membership in professional organizations.
• Creative thinking skills with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
• Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth and value delivery.

Los Angeles, CA. Reliable commute to the office is required in line with the hybrid working policy.

Salary range: $79,000 – $88,000. Benefits include 401(k), medical, dental and vision insurance, short‑term/long‑term disability, paid holidays, PTO, parental leave, company‑paid life insurance and performance bonuses.
