The Work
- You’ll assist the CTA Curbside Improvement Program in the receipt, distribution and maintenance of submittals.
- You’ll perform construction contract correspondence, document and plan control functions, input data into PM Web, and prepare management information status reports, as required.
- You’ll update and maintain logs for submittals and RFIs in PM Web, the project information system.
- You’ll maintain project files and document/submittal management systems (hard and electronic copies).
- You’ll work with the Contractor(s) to ensure the drawings are posted efficiently and in a timely manner. Distribute documents, submittals and RFIs for review; track and compile responses/review comments, obtain management approval and issue responses to Contractor(s).
- You’ll manipulate electronic files of various formats to create exhibits for presentations and meetings.
- You’ll complete other responsibilities and assist as assigned to support the project such as attend and document project meetings (write agendas and minutes), perform expediting functions, and prepare and maintain an expediting log; etc.
- Onsite at client site:
The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. There will be both day and night shift assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field required
- 5 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
- Experience with projects more than $50 million in value
- Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
- Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional license or certifications
- Experience with Project Management Implementation Systems; ability to work in PM Web preferred
$97,000 - $107,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
