The Principal Actuation Systems Engineer will lead development across servo valves, solenoid valves and advanced actuation products, working closely with engineering, manufacturing and customers to deliver robust production ready hardware.
Responsibilities- Leading development of servo valves, solenoid valves and actuation products
- Translating customer requirements into manufacturable engineering solutions
- Driving product development through qualification and production release
- Supporting validation, reliability and environmental testing activities
- Leading failure investigations and sustaining engineering improvements
- Expertise in servo valves, solenoid valves or electrohydraulic actuation systems
- Strong understanding of fluid control, sealing and actuation principles
- Aerospace, defense or high performance industrial experience
- Experience supporting products through qualification and production launch
- Strong technical leadership and customer engagement capability
