Are you an experienced Applications Engineer ready to step into a dynamic role that blends technical depth with customer-facing strategy?

We’re seeking a Senior Application Engineer to support a highly specialized catalog of communication ICs used in avionics and defense markets. This is an opportunity to be a key technical liaison, trusted advisor, and solution provider across the sales lifecycle — from discovery to design-in support.

What You'll Do:

• Drive business development through analysis and outreach to current and potential customers
• Conduct technical meetings and help customers integrate our products into their systems
• Own customer issues end-to-end and communicate solutions clearly and effectively
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations from customer interactions
• Collaborate with distributors and sales reps, ensuring market alignment
• Maintain historical customer data and help identify trends and new product opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• 5–10 years of Applications Engineering experience in the semiconductor industry
• A technical engineering background in semiconductor chip engineering
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• A proactive, personable approach to sales and customer engagement
• Preferred: Experience in aerospace or defense-related industries
