Senior Mechanical Engineer | Mission Critical + Industrial Projects

We’re partnering with a growing engineering organization seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead complex industrial and mission-critical projects across California.

This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for someone with deep expertise in mechanical systems design, central plants, process cooling/heating systems, and multidisciplinary project delivery.

Location Walnut, CA / Carlsbad, CA (Hybrid flexibility available)

• Data centers & mission-critical facilities
• Central utility plant systems

• 10–15+ years of mechanical engineering design experience
• Strong consulting engineering background
• Experience with mission-critical HVAC, process systems, or central plants
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers/designers
• Ability to support proposals, client presentations & project pursuits

• Senior technical leadership position (5x Direct Reports + expansion)
