Job Title

Responsibilities- Assist the Resident Engineer in their duties
- Participate in reviews and responses for submittals, RFIs, RFCs, design documents, and claims
- Monitor construction progress and prepare reports
- Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders
- Develop technical scope and justifications for contract changes
- Interface with owners, engineers, architects, and third parties
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Civil Construction
- At least five (5) years of experience in Transit Projects involving:
- Utility Relocations & Demolition, or
- Track & Systems, or
- Maintenance of Way Facilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience as an Assistant Resident Engineer or Assistant Construction Manager on projects exceeding $15 million in value
- Strong coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
