We are looking for a reliable and experienced Chief Engineer responsible for all aspects of facility management services and/or operations.
Required:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related technical field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience
* Five (5) years of Team Management experience
* Entry level Engineers with Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field and no work experience in Preferred
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related technical field with three (3) years of work experience is preferred
* Without a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related technical field, seven (7) years of experience is preferred
* Oversee all aspects of the facility's critical physical infrastructure
* Oversee the development and accuracy of site-level operating procedures and other documentation
* Supervise and escalate as needed ABM's response to after-hours emergencies at assigned facilities
* Manage the Change Management Program
* Manage the MOP, SOP and EOP Program
* Audit all CMMS databases for accuracy and completeness, produce reports as required at customer request, control system access and user credentials
* Effectively and efficiently manage the operations budget and expenditures of assigned contracts
* Manage the complete physical assets pertaining to the Operation and Maintenance of the critical and non-critical infrastructure equipment and systems
* Resolve all electrical, mechanical and Fire Protection System issues in the facilities while minimizing risk and business impact and communicate issues to management and customers in a timely manner
* Manage the customer relationship and act as the single point-of-contact for all facility-related issues, including schedules, new business, projects, budgets, expansion, and staffing
* Set, review and approve employee work/PTO schedules; audit and process employee time and payroll
* Manage access to the facilities ensuring the appropriate access control lists are maintained and reviewed regularly
* Make space and power recommendations to the customer and manage power and cooling capacity and environmental conditions
* Ensure compliance of Customer SLA parameters and Change Control activities, review and approve all system changes (set-points, thresholds, alarm-points, etc.) which could impact customer operations
* Ensure that ABM training expectations are met and audit the process monthly
* Identify, vet, and approve all sub-contractors who will perform work on-site
* Develop PM contract scopes-of-work, ensure contract terms are fulfilled
