With a thriving LA office and roots in New Zealand, we take on the projects that define this city's ever-evolving built environment. From performance-based seismic design to landmark mixed-use towers, we're the firm other firms look at and ask, "Wait, how did they do that?"

• Design innovative building structures across multiple materials on some of LA's most high-profile projects
• Apply your expertise in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood in a seismically demanding environment
• Collaborate with dynamic multidisciplinary project teams, including architects and developers at the top of their fields
• Contribute to sustainable and resilient design in one of the world's most exciting and complex urban environments

• 3-6 years of structural engineering experience
• B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering
• PE license
• Seismic design experience (performance-based design knowledge is a plus)
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP, RISA
• A collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset

Compensation:
Estimated at $87,000 - $114,000 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary commensurate with experience, skills, and location.
